Every few years, a discussion comes up as to whether or not we should ban the N-word. Usually, it happens after some closeted celebrity bigots finally lose it in public and show just exactly what he or she thinks of black people.
This time around, it was the good doctor Laura Schlessinger, who verbally attacked a black woman that called into her radio show last week seeking advice to deal with her white husband's racial insensitivity. I don't think that the N-word should be banned, but people just need to think first. In my opinion it was not just because she used the N-word but she was very disrespectful to the caller. Once she found out she was black you could tell that her attitude changed.
