He showed up at the Federal Correctional Institution McKean a little bit before noon. He had been ordered to surrender before noon. He has been in prison movies "Undisputed" and "Brooklyn's Finest", but where he is going is a minimum security prison. It is nothing like the ones in his movies, it doesn't even have fences around its perimeter.
It is just sad that at age 48 he is now having to go to prison even if it is minimum security. This should be a lesson! No matter how much money you have it is still important to pay the IRS. Because they don't play!
